Aurelia Hazapariu, 67, of Luling, went to be with the Lord on December 25, 2023. Born January 30, 1956 to Ilie & Maria Weber Partenie in Drobeta Turnu Severin, Romania. She married Ion Hazapariu on August 4, 1979 in Apa Asau Bacau, Romania. She was an accomplished seamstress.
Aurelia is survived by her husband, Ion Hazapariu of Luling, TX. 2 Daughters, Zenaida Hazapariu of Craig, CO, & Cristina Post of San Antonio, TX. 1 Son, Ioan Hazapariu of Austin, Tx. 4 Grandchildren, Alexandria Heaton, Audriana Connolly, Lilyana Connolly & Mariyana Connolly. 1 Brother, George Partenie of Timisoara, Romania.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and 1 daughter, Diana Hazapariu.
A visitation will be held from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM Wednesday December 27, 2023 at O’Bannon Funeral Home. Graveside Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM Thursday December 28, 2023 at the Luling Cemetery.
