Diana T. Gonzales was called home to our Lord on Tuesday, January 16, 2024 at the age of 72.
Diana was born April 19, 1951 to Ernesto and Anita Torres in Hondo Texas. She was one of seven children. Her siblings being Ernesto, Maria, Gloria, Alfred, Olga and Ester.
Diana married her lifelong partner Guadalupe D. Gonzales on March 21, 1970. In this beautiful union, they were blessed with three children; Matthew, Sarah and Alexander.
In 2022, Diana retired from Central Baptist Church after 27 years of service. She absolutely loved her work and the many friends that she made while employed with the church. Her most cherished memory of the church was watching the young children she worked with grow into young adults.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 49 years, her parents and two sisters. She is survived by her children Matthew Gonzales, Sarah Mitchell (Glen Germer), Alexander Gonzales, 11 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. Also surviving her are siblings Ernesto, Alfred, Olga, Ester, and several nephews and nieces.
Diana left a legacy of showing unconditional love and how very important it is for everyone to experience it!
