Kathelean Collins gained her angel wings on November 15, 2022 in Seguin, TX. She was Born July 27, 1958 in Jennings, LA. She Resided in Kingsbury, Tx along side her late Husband Danny Collins for most of her life. Kathy was 64 years old at her time of passing. Kathy’s life would seem too short to many, but those of us who were Blessed to be touched by her understand that her existence and the imprint She left on our hearts exceeds the quantity of time that She stayed here. Kathy was talented and adventurous in many aspects of her life. She was a Master of Arts and crafts, an avid board and card game player and an amazing artist. When Kathy wasn't crafting or spending time with family and friends, she could be found in church serving the lord. Not a day went by where Kathy didn't talk about how much her children and family meant to her -- her family was arguably her most important achievement in life. Kathy is survived by her Biological Mother Retia Conner, Daughter Kimberley Stine. Grandchildren Alisha Soto and husband Ryan, Kraig Mercer and wife Sarah, Ashley Mercer and Dalton Collins. Great-grandchildren Synida Soto, Anthony McCrary, Kaydence Mercer, Collin Trigo, Payton Trigo and Riverlyn Soto. Brothers Darcy Conner, Dexter Conner, Daryl Conner, Willard Bertrand Jr., Mark Bertrand, Danny Bertrand and Virgil Bertrand. Sisters Janet Breaux & husband Mark, Loretta Cessac, Regina Conner and Joanie Bertrand. Numerous Aunts and Uncles and Nieces and Nephews.
Kathy was proceeded in death by Her loving husband Danny Phil Collins, Son Derek Phil Collins, Parents Herb and Marie Whitman, Brother Mike Whitman, Stepfather Doug Conner and biological father Willard Bertrand.

Visitation Services will be held at O’Bannon’s Funeral Home in Luling, Tx. on Sunday November 20, 2022 for family at 4p.m and from 5-7p.m for the public.
Ceremony of life will be held on Monday November 21, 2022 at Belmont Methodist church located in Belmont, Tx at 10 a.m with burial to follow at Collins Family Cemetery in Belmont, Tx. The Family would like all to join them immediately after for refreshments and food at Belmont community center in celebration of Kathy’s life.
