Obituary for Nancy Jewel Clay (Hendricks)
Nancy Jewel Clay, 69 of Luling went to be with the Lord on January 19, 2024 n an area hospital. She was born January 5, 1955 in Luling, Texas to Jack & Ruth Weber Hendricks. On September 29, 1973 she married Terry Scott Clay in Prairie Lea, Texas. Nancy worked as a Pharmacy Technician in the Hospital Pharmacy.
Nancy is survived by her husband, Terry S. Clay of Luling. Daughter, Jennifer Wright of Kingsbury, Texas. 3 Grandchildren, Kaitlyn Lee Wright of Kingsbury, Texas, Caleb Wayne Clay of Bastrop, Texas, & McKenzie Ann Clay of Luling, Texas. Sister, Beverly Cleveland of Luling, Texas. Brother, Darrell Hendricks of Luling, Texas. A Special daughter, Jaimie Garner of Luling, Texas. Best Friend, Deborah Fogle of Luling, Texas.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and her son, Cody Clay.
There will be a Celebration of Life held Saturday February 10, 2024 at 4:00 PM at the American Legion Post 177 in Luling.
Services are under the care and direction of O’Bannon Funeral Home.
