Veronica Velasquez Salas 47 of Luling, Texas passed away on Wednesday January 19,2022. She was born December 23, 1974 in Lockhart, Texas, the daughter of Faustino and Santos Velasque. She loved to travel and spend her time with her only 2 nieces, Cheynne and Ariel, loved Toni’s Food Store, especially their turkey, every other Friday in Gonzales. Loved listening to worship songs.
Veronica is survived by her husband Jose Luis Salas from Jose Luis Salas from Veracruz, Mexico, her two nieces Cheynne and husband Alejandro Jose Leal and Ariel Velasquez.
She was preceded in death by her parents Faustino and Santos Velasquez, brothers: Fernando, Antonio and Miguel.
Pallbearers will be Santos Mata, Joel Campos, Jonathan Guerrero, Alejandro Jose Leal, & Samuel Jesus de Jesus.
Services will be held at 2:00 PM Monday January 24th at O’Bannon Funeral Home with Rev. Joel Salazar officiating. Burial will follow in the Community Cemetey
